Abstract: Some organic phosphines labeled with 117mSn(IV) have been proved promising for imaging and pain palliation of bone tumor. In this paper, a prelimi nary investigation on the adsorption characteristics of EDTMP (ethelenediaminete tramethylene phosphoric acid) labeled with 117mSn(IV) on HA(hydroxyapatite) and collagen, and an investigation on the adsorption mechanism of 117mSn(IV)-EDTMP on HA was presented.
