Thermal-hydraulic stability of a natural circulation system with nuclear feedback

Abstract: The stability of low temperature nuclear heating rcactor with various subcoolings of reactor core inlet has been studied by means of simulating experinients. The thermalhydranlie system and the data acquisition and processing system are presented. Especially, the process of realizing the simnlating nuclear feedback is introduced in detail. Finally, the experiwental results are discussed in the opinions of nnclear reactor physies and thermal-Lydraulics. The conclusion is that the nuclear reactor can operate stably only when the subcooling of reaector core inlet is high enoush.
